How to manage a crisis.We organised an event and failed miserably advice on how to win their confidence back?

The said event was an all inclusive package, flight, ground transport, food and Board. The flight was delayed for 4hr, The Hotel did not deliver, We had clients sharing beds and tents, There was poor communiocation. Basically It was a disaster. The Organisation Lost large amounts of money. What do we do to get back to the good books of the clients?
