I am lopoking for a website I saw once that has company's CEOs emails and/or phone numbers.?

I saw this website once that has emails and/or phone numbers for the CEOs and Presidents of companies so that you can contact them if you have an issue that was not solved through the regular customer service route. The management whose contact info is on there show that they stand behind their customer service and are willing to get involved if need be. I saw it a long time ago and cannot remember the website. If anyone knows I would really, really appreciate it! Thanks!!
