How would I find a list of all the public companies headquartered in San Diego?

I'm looking for a list of every publicly traded company headquartered in San Diego. I tried the SEC website but they only let me search by state, which gave me too many results. I don't care what exchange the stocks are traded on, and I want to include over-the-counter stocks, every public company.
