If heard that it's not your knowledge or work ethic that puts you over to the top rungs of a corporation, but how you fit in with those
above you. That means its all about how you relate/suck up to/polish the people above you.....not too far above you, but close
enough to make a difference, like your immediate supervisor or branch manager, depending on how the firm is laid out.
If your superiors see you as a ';fit';, and you become them, for whatever reason, then that is all that matters for your future success at the forementioned firm. Your relations with co-workers mean next to nothing.
The ONLY thing that matters if you choose to get ahead in business is your relationship with your immediate supervisor,boss, or branch manager. All else is pure dross....
